Email consultation is available to professionals and the general public.
Because science can only speak in terms of groups and probabilities, it is impossible to answer questions, using scientific knowledge, in terms of individual situations. However, we do provide brief general information by email.

Telephone is the fastest way to contact us. We answer our phone in person from 9 to 10 AM on weekdays. At other times we will return your call as soon as possible.
